Michael Brito is the Head of US Digital Marketing & SVP of the San Francisco office at LEWIS Global Communications. He is responsible for helping clients reach their target audience with precision – the right story, at the right time, in the right channel and using the right media. He is also responsible for the growth of LEWIS Pulse (the digital arm of LEWIS) in the US and new business acquisition for the San Francisco office.

Previously, he was the Head of Social Marketing at W2O Group, and Senior Vice President of Social Strategy at Edelman Digital where he consulted for Fortune 500 companies implementing integrated content and digital marketing programs, globally.

He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences as well as a guest lecturer at various universities including Cal Berkeley, the University of San Francisco, Stanford University, Syracuse University, Golden Gate University and Saint Mary’s College of California. He is also an Adjunct Professor at San Jose State University and UC Berkeley teaching social business and strategic social media.

Michael has a Bachelor of Arts in Business degree from Saint Mary’s College and a Master of Science, Integrated Marketing Communications degree from Golden Gate University.
